國外企業資源基礎理論研究綜述A Survey of Resource-based Theory of the Firm in Foreign Literature

摘要(Abstract):
企業如何獲取并維持競爭優勢是企業資源基礎理論研究的核心問題;然而,不同研究視角形成的觀點差異,導致了理論和實踐上的一些問題。對資源基礎理論賴以建立的核心概念之間的關系進行界定,重新定位其演變路徑,不僅能夠將不同觀點納入到一個統一的資源基礎理論體系中,而且有助于理解各觀點之間的相互聯系。
